Orders

After having received an order from Buyer in on-line store, our consultant will handle it. Buyer will receive an e-mail confirming the successful order and its number.

Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays or holidays are processed on the first working day thereafter.

Delivery time: delivery time depends on the conditions of service of the courier company to the relevant country. 

Prices and terms of delivery:

The price includes VAT.

The cost of delivery is included in the products price.

The transaction currency for card payments is BGN.

The prices on the site in other currencies  are for informational purposes only.  

Payment:

- with PayPal. The payment of the ordered goods to be carried out through online payment system PayPal, a leader in online payment solutions.

-with credit card and debit card. Accepted cards: MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY

Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if it is registered for participation in the online authentication schemes Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.

The maximum amount per transaction is BGN 10,000 or 5112.47 Euro. 

The amount is deducted immediately after the payment has been made.

Conditions for returning the purchased item:

Under the bulgarian law, in particular the CPA, the user has the right to replace or return goods purchased in 14 days of receipt, provided that it is a trade form. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.

In case we need to return you money for paid to us with a card contracted or delivered / performed goods or services, we will refund you by a credit transaction on the card used for the original purchase.
