This document "General Conditions" aims to regulate relations between 4seasonsline.com (hereinafter referred to as on-line store) and consumer goods and products offered (hereinafter referred to - as buyers) under the Law on Consumer Protection of Republic of Bulgaria. Please note that your V PAY or MasterCard Electronic card will be accepted only if it is registered for participation in the online authentication schemes Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.

 

The maximum amount per transaction is BGN 10,000. 

 

The amount is deducted immediately after the payment has been made.

Possible problems in implementing orders:

Possible problems that might arise in the implementation of the contracts are:

- One or more of your selected and ordered goods is / are not available at the time of order. In these cases, a representative of 4seasonsline.com will make contact with you in the shortest possible time;

- The address for delivery / payment has been submitted incomplete or wrong;

In case problems arise in the supply attributable to the 4seasonsline.com, we are responsible for any additional costs. Otherwise, if problems arise in the supply fault of the buyer, then they are covered by it.

Refusal of order/ reclamation

Under the provisions of Art. 55 of the CPA of Republic of Bulgaria, the Buyer has the right to withdraw and return products purchased by him within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in original packaging, without traces of use or violation of commercial appearance and preserved label. If the buyer has paid the value of the goods, it shall be reimbursed at a specified bank account within 14 working days.

Returns

According to the CPA and trade rules in Republic of Bulgaria, shoppers in On-line store 4seasonsline.com, is entitled to claim in the following cases:

- Found manufacturing defects of the goods;

- Missing items

- Sent the wrong goods other than ordered;

- Non-compliance with the stated amount and / or color of the goods;

- Damage to goods in transit.

The claim can be made to 4seasonsLine to 7 (seven) days after receipt of the goods on e-mail: office@4seasonsline.com. In return the buyer has the option to replace the selected product for the same in another size or color (if available at the time), choose another product at the same value i. e., If the value of the selected product exceeds the amount paid, the buyer shall pay the difference. Returning the goods in case of a claim made in cases other than manufacturing defect or damage during transportation is through a courier company, subject to the following conditions:

- Keep good presentation (product is not torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed).

- There is no damage caused by misuse.

- Keep the original packaging and labels.

The return of goods in denial of contract or claim may be made by the provider on the address indicated on the delivery note where the buyer has received the order. In replacement of goods transportation costs in both directions at the expense of the Buyer, unless the replacement is not imposed by the fault of On-line store.

In case we need to return you money for paid to us with a card contracted or delivered / performed goods or services, we will refund you by a credit transaction on the card used for the original purchase.
